Adrienne Oliphant serves as Operations Manager of Injury Law Partners. A seasoned SHRM-certified administrative professional, Adrianne has over 16 years of experience managing complex operational processes within the fields of education and law.
As a dynamic leader, Adrienne excels in cultivating meaningful relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, which drives maximum performance and overall success. She is renowned for her ability to motivate others, optimize processes, and enhance productivity.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering in a public ministry.

Nicole O’Neill serves as Senior Paralegal at Injury Law Partners. Nicole brings myriad skills to the firm which she has cultivated over twenty years of experience as a paralegal. Nicole has worked in many areas of civil litigation, including insurance defense, property claims, subrogation and personal injury.
At Injury Law Partners, Nicole is instrumental in driving cases forward towards resolution. Her responsibilities include investigations, the preparation of legal documents, and – most importantly – client communication. Nicole develops relationships with clients at the outset of matters, which brings comfort during what can be an emotionally charged, overwhelming process.
Nicole earned both a Bachelor’s and Associate Degree with a focus on Paralegal Studies. Nicole is also a Notary. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family.
