Bob knew at a young age what it takes to be a successful trial attorney. He watched his father tirelessly advocate for clients for years. Hard work and unwavering dedication to results are concepts instilled in Bob since childhood, and he lives by those concepts in each client relationship.

In April 2024, Bob was part of the legal team that secured a $6 million settlement for a UPS worker who was run over by a commercial tractor trailer. The UPS worker suffered horrific degloving injuries, among others, necessitating multiple skin grafts and surgical procedures. This was far from a simple pedestrian-auto case, however. Research and extensive discovery revealed that the commercial tractor trailer operator had a history of careless and reckless driving that was ignored by his employer, which demonstrated a complete disregard for workplace safety.

Additionally, in February 2024, Bob was part of the legal team that secured a near $1 million settlement for a construction worker who was significantly injured at a site near the Schuylkill Expressway. Again, through hard work and determination, Bob and the legal team established that fall hazards and workplace safety violations existed. Creatively, Bob and the legal team also established that an inadequate traffic control plan contributed to the incident.

Bob’s exceptional legal skills have led to him being recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® 2025 in America in the area of Personal Injury Litigation.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, a master’s degree from New York University, and his juris doctorate from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Bob was a member of the Rutgers Trial Team where he was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, an award given to one student at each law school in the Philadelphia area for his/her performance at mock trial competitions throughout the country. Bob also clerked for a Philadelphia-based, nationally recognized injury law firm where he first met and learned from attorneys David Langsam and Benjamin Baer. Bob is proud to call Dave and Ben not only his friends, but now colleagues.

Prior to joining Injury Law Partners, Bob practiced at a prominent regional defense firm, an AmLaw 100 defense firm, and a Philadelphia-based, nationally recognized injury law firm.

Bob resides in Medford Lakes, NJ with his wife and two daughters. When he is not fighting for his clients, Bob enjoys playing golf and spending time at the shore with his family.
