Saltz Mongeluzzi Duo Launch New Catastrophic Injury Firm

A pair of longtime Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky attorneys have left to launch their own personal injury law firm, hoping to capitalize on emerging trends.
Benjamin Baer and David Langsam left Saltz Mongeluzzi late last year. Their new firm, Injury Law Partners, officially launched Jan. 1. Since then the duo has been handling the administrative tasks that go along with establishing a new entity, while continuing to work up existing cases and bring on new clients.
After collectively spending nearly 30 years at Saltz Mongeluzzi, a top personal injury law firm, the duo said the time was right to strike out on their own, and that they are excited about the flexibility and control launching a new venture affords, particularly when it comes to opportunities presented by social media and other technologies to develop and interface with clients.
