Matthew White

After graduating from college, Matt knew two things: he wanted a career helping people, and he wasn’t ready for a desk job. He began his professional path as a police officer in Philadelphia. While serving as a patrol officer, Matt attended law school at night and worked overnight shifts, gaining firsthand experience supporting people in moments of crisis. That experience shaped his commitment to helping individuals navigate the long-term impact of serious injuries.

In 2022, Matt retired from law enforcement and transitioned into private practice, focusing on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. He approaches each case with a detailed, client-centered mindset, working to fully understand the impact of an injury on every aspect of his clients’ lives. Through this approach, Matt has helped recover more than $10 million on behalf of his clients.

Matt earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Temple University. While completing his undergraduate studies, he worked across a range of Philadelphia businesses. He went on to earn his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law while working more than 50 hours per week in law enforcement. During law school, he participated in the Integrated Transactional Program, gained clinical experience with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and completed extensive trial advocacy training under experienced litigators and judges.

Matt’s practice focuses on automobile accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and dog bite cases. He is committed to advancing Injury Law Partners’ mission of advocating for individuals and families impacted by serious injuries, including those facing life-altering consequences and wrongful death matters.

Originally from New York and raised in central New Jersey, Matt has spent his adult life in Philadelphia and Bucks County, where he lives with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time outdoors, and planning family trips to the National Parks.
